Orea O1 Brewer

This brewer is our favorite flat-bottom brewer. It features an open bottom with a slight lip that allows the filter to sag into creating a very low bypass environment. Whether you’re woodchipping or going for something more sweet and rounded, this brewer is incredibly versatile. It works best with 15g and lower doses, but can manage up to 20 with careful brewing.
