This delightful Pink Bourbon comes from Sierra Morena in Huila, Colombia. It is effervescent, lightly fruity, and very sweet. It really is bursting with plenty of blue and red fruits and pink florals and citrus that transform hot to cold. This coffee was roasted by Sey in New York, and rested appropriately about 8 weeks before freezing. This coffee continues to open up as it ages, which is why we’ve intentionally aged them to near-peak before freezing. Coffees are thawed to order.
