This Chiroso offering from Colombia really leans into really vibrant yellow and green shades of fruit. Truly the mimosa of Chirosos. Best on a sunny morning, and a great accompaniment with brunch. If you like bright, crisp, citrusy clean coffees, this is certainly the coffee for you.

This coffee was roasted by Big Sur in Shanghai, China and rested appropriately about 8 weeks before freezing. This coffee continues to open up as it ages, which is why we’ve intentionally aged them to near-peak before freezing. Coffees are thawed to order.
