Ethiopia Chorso Bule

We’re very excited about all of the Ethiopian offerings we have at the moment. It’s been a great year for Ethiopian coffees in our opinion, and this offering from the Chorso Bule site in Gedeb is no exception. It reminds us of drinking peach black iced tea. It’s the quintessential summer coffee: very refreshing, juicy, light, and sweet with delicate florals and some heavy handedness on the iced tea front.

This coffee was roasted by Sey in New York, and rested appropriately about 8 weeks before freezing. This coffee continues to open up as it ages, which is why we’ve intentionally aged them to near-peak before freezing. Coffees are thawed to order.
