Ethiopia Sewda Premium

This washed Ethiopian Heirloom lot from Guji was the first coffee we ever tried from Big Sur. It’s absolutely everything you could want in a washed Ethiopia: juicy, floral, sweet like candy, and big on summer fruits. We knew when we tried this one that we wanted to offer Big Sur regularly in our offering list. It remains one of our top coffees of the year so far.

This coffee was roasted by Big Sur in Shanghai, China and rested appropriately about 8 weeks before freezing. This coffee continues to open up as it ages, which is why we’ve intentionally aged them to near-peak before freezing. Coffees are thawed to order.
